A dream home

 As pretty as a postcard

A little Puss says hello

My friend's little house

I went to visit my lovely friends who have rented a little cottage in Carros, France. Carros is a perched village on a hill and was built in the 12th century. It is wonderfully delightful. It has been restored to perfection and it feels every bit as authentic as it once was.
There is not a car in sight as you walk the cobblestones. They are left on the side of the hill.
There is a Chateau at the highest point.
Truly a pleasure to see and stay here.

  1. Hi Suzi,

What a lovely village and I just adore all the old stone houses with shutters.
It must be so nice and quiet without cars too.

    Have a happy week
    Hugs

  5. Petites ruelles, volets clos, vieux pavés d'autrefois, chat ronronnant au soleil... Quel charme !
